Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team — one English-speaking and one Mandarin-speaking professional. The successful candidates will focus on developing new clients for steel materials, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the company's market presence.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new clients and business opportunities for steel products (100% new client development).
  • Secure appointments through telemarketing and conduct on-site client visits.
  • Leverage existing networks and industry connections to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs and propose appropriate products or services.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and manage order processing.
  • Coordinate deliveries, inventory, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct market trend analysis and competitor research to support business strategy.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in industrial or steel product sales is an advantage.
  • English Speaker: Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Mandarin Speaker: At least intermediate level proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and willing to do field sales visits.
