About the role

As an Account Executive at LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP.', you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining relationships with our valued customers. This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Quezon City, Metro Manila location. You will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our steel manufacturing business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
  2. Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention
  3. Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our steel products to customers
  4. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns
  5. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery
  6. Accurately track and report on sales activities and performance metrics
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry or construction industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle customer requests and concerns
  4. Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, engineering or a related field
