We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Estimator to accurately calculate costs for our steel fabrication and manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of steel manufacturing processes, material costs, and labor requirements. You will work with our engineering, production, and sales teams to develop competitive and profitable pricing for our diverse range of steel products.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven work experience as a Cost Estimator or similar role within the steel fabrication or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • Highly proficient in cost estimating software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems) and data analysis.
  • Exceptional mathematical and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical, sales, and management teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
