Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude and analytical capabilities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management of all projects designed, negotiated, and bided by the group nationwide.
  • Identifies project leads and opportunities through subscription of information like BCI, PHILGEPS and other providers aside from specifiers, contractors or project owners for assignment to Sales Representative thru Sales Supervisor.
  • Supervise, motivate and lead a team of sales representatives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for the sales team.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data and report key metrics.
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient sales processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
