
Construction Sales Supervisor

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving aptitude and analytical capabilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of all projects designed, negotiated, and bided by the group nationwide.
- Identifies project leads and opportunities through subscription of information like BCI, PHILGEPS and other providers aside from specifiers, contractors or project owners for assignment to Sales Representative thru Sales Supervisor.
- Supervise, motivate and lead a team of sales representatives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data and report key metrics.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient sales processes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
