We are seeking a
Sales Support Representative
to join our Inside Sales team. This role will provide essential support to Account Managers through quoting, customer communication, product research, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to department inquiries
  • Conduct basic product and pricing research
  • Maintain and update product and pricing information
  • Create diagrams and documentation using Visio
  • Prepare sales quotes and scopes of work
  • Verify parts and components for customer solutions
  • Coordinate regularly with customers and Account Managers
  • Perform outbound prospecting calls
  • Track and report new customer opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Must have a prio experience in customer service, specifically in sales
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio)
  • Solid problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to learn technical product information
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
