Job Summary:

Responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing and submitting daily sales reports, managing petty cash, organizing documents, and supporting office operations. Ensures accurate record-keeping and timely reporting to management. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase farm product distribution and revenue.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales trends, new customer segments, and competitive pricing.
  • Oversee digital and offline marketing efforts, including social media promotions, farm visits, and trade events.

Inventory & Logistics Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.
  • Oversee product packaging, handling, and transportation to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Work with logistics partners to improve distribution efficiency.

Customer Service & Relationship Management:

  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop loyalty programs and promotional offers to retain customers.
  • Gather feedback to improve farm products and services.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php13,083.33 per month
