Position Summary:

The Sales Service Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth on-site sales operations and delivering excellent client service in a real estate development environment. This role supports the sales team through timely bookings, managing open houses, maintaining sales collaterals, assisting in site promotions, and ensuring accurate CRM updates. The position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive service mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Bookings:

  • Assist clients and agents during the sales process and handle initial inquiries on-site.
  • Ensure timely and complete submission of sales booking documents.
  • Upload and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in the CRM system.

Site Services:

  • Oversee the cleanliness, readiness, and upkeep of the site office and show units.
  • Coordinate with facilities, maintenance, and security teams to ensure smooth site operations.

Open House & Trippings:

  • Coordinate open houses, site tours, and client visits, ensuring proper setup and logistics.
  • Prepare attendance sheets, welcome kits, and refreshments for guests.
  • Sales Collaterals Management:
  • Monitor and replenish brochures, flyers, maps, pricing sheets, and sales kits.
  • Ensure all sales materials are current and easily accessible for agents and walk-ins.

CRM & Reporting:

  • Accurately upload and update all sales transactions and client details in the CRM platform.
  • Assist with generating reports or summaries as needed by management.

Site Promotions:

  • Support implementation of on-site marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Coordinate setup of banners, signages, and promotional materials in coordination with the Marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales admin, site coordination, or CRM handling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM e.g. Odoo
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Work Conditions:

  • Based on-site at development projects.
  • Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during events or launches.
  • Office location: Florence Lipa by NEXTASIA Satellite Office: Purok 4, Barangay Plaridel, Lipa City, Batangas, Philippines
