Job Overview

The Sales Associate contributes significantly to store success by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting efficient daily operations. This role involves meeting sales targets, providing informed product recommendations, maintaining organized and visually appealing displays, and helping manage inventory to ensure seamless store performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets for assigned products or categories.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate product solutions.
  • Track, evaluate, and report sales performance and trends.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays in accordance with merchandising standards.
  • Monitor stock levels for all SKUs and prepare purchase orders to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Support various store operations and contribute to a positive and engaging shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • At least 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
