PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountable for the Department's Objectives and KPIs
  • Process Sales Order, Work Orders, and Change of Order. Make sure that all requests are properly reviewed and attended on-time
  • Consolidate, Complete and Counter Check all the documents needed upon receipt of purchase orders.
  • Generate Proposals or offers for AO's
  • Provide Standard drawing to Sales
  • Request Non-Standard Drawing to design upon receive of PO
  • Preparation of initial BOM required for Sales Order
  • Assists Sales in providing immediate pricing of components and checking availability of components
  • Preparation and processing of inquiries for walk-in customers
  • Preparation of bidding requirements
  • Responsible for checking and completion of data in sales tracker
  • Respond to customer inquiries in the absence of Sales
  • Continually develops knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition
  • Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time

Qualification Standards:

  • College Graduate, preferably in BS degree in Electrical Engineering
  • At least two (2) years of related work experience in a similar capacity
  • Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
