Position Overview
The Sales Account Specialist is responsible for driving membership growth and service revenue by engaging pet parents, presenting Dog Ranch's unique offerings, and ensuring long-term client relationships. This role bridges client relations and sales, ensuring that every prospect and member experiences personalized care aligned with Dog Ranch's premium brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Membership Growth
- Actively promote Dog Ranch services (boarding, training, grooming, memberships, and events).
- Conduct tours of the facility and deliver persuasive presentations on membership tiers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for memberships and service packages.
Client Relations & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring retention and upsell opportunities.
- Handle inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins) with professionalism, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Maintain ongoing communication with members through updates, follow-ups, and exclusive offers.
Marketing & Outreach
- Support promotional campaigns, social media initiatives, and community events.
- Build referral partnerships with vets, pet shops, and influencers to drive new business.
Administration & Reporting
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales, contracts, and client data in CRM systems.
- Generate weekly reports on sales pipeline, conversions, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with operations and training teams to align client expectations with service delivery.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Customer-centric mindset with empathy for pet parents and their dogs.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve client concerns with tact.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting/analytics.
- Experience in sales or account management, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or pet care industries.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Membership sign-ups and retention rate.
- Service package upsells (boarding, training, grooming).
- Customer satisfaction and referral scores.
- Accuracy of client records and timely follow-ups.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
