JOB TITLE: Institutional Business Development Officer

DIVISION: Sales and Marketing

DEPARTMENT: Sales

PURPOSE OF JOB: The purpose of this job is to ensure long-term profitable relationships with clienteles based on trust and mutual satisfaction to preserve and accelerate our company's sales/ business development.

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURE


• Attainment of sales quadrant


• Number of distributors/resellers


• Number of Franchisee

TARGET


Annual/ quarterly ( set) target

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily


• Execute sales activities and itinerary.


• Execute planned sales strategies.


• Service and Manage assigned accounts.


• Manage and monitor sales project.


• Coordinate with interlinking department

concerning projects.


• Provides after sales support to clients.


• Handles customer complaints.

Every Month


Monitor and present actual sales vs target.


Create and present detailed sales plan and

strategies appropriate to assigned clients/

projects.


Monitor the development of each project.

Occasional


• Represents Company to trade shows and

events.


• Unearth new sales opportunities through

networking and turn them into long term

partnerships.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Leadership skills


• Excellent knowledge on RCI sales and

operational process.


• Knowledge on regulatory compliance

concerning Skin Doctors or skin clinics, direct

selling, networking and other related network.

CONSEQUENCES FROM FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH DEFINED DUTIES


• Not meeting the assigned individual sales target.


• Failure to submit timely reports and other deliverables.

ENTRY LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

Education: Preferably a graduate of 4 year Business or Marketing course.

Work Experience: Preferably in sales and Marketing,with minimum of 2-3 yrs of experience.

Skills: Selling and interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.

Training: Sales, Marketing and Project Management

Personality Traits: Strong leadership persona, Driven, cheerful, Optimistic and creative.

Willing to work at Novaliches, Quezon City
