Project Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise project timelines, budgets, and key deliverables.
  • Track project scope, progress, and potential delays; prepare and submit progress reports.
  • Manage construction documentation, ensure quality control, and oversee project closeout.
  • Conduct site inspections, attend client meetings, and coordinate with various trades.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the Head Office regarding suppliers, subcontractors, and compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare, monitor, and update progress billings and project claims.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer preferred, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in fit-out project management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of safety practices and possession of a COSH certificate is an advantage.
