Solaric is looking for our country's best and brightest for our growing company. The past twelve years we have been tirelessly installing solar in every imaginable application. Residential, Commercial, Industrial, missionary off grid, Utility scale and even moving cars, and mobile Library vans.

Our solar design engineers sometimes have to do sales calls as we want straight answers for our clients or ride a motorcycle in a remote island jungle.   • Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys or ocular inspection to prospective clients
  • Prepare accurate and well-presented draft of drawings, wiring diagrams, wiring connection specification as specified in the plan.
  • Prepare and interpret specifications given by the client.
  • Review completed electrical drawings for accuracy and conformity to standards and regulations.
  • Develop project schedule and assigning of manpower to each specified project.
  • Develop and present clear and detailed quotation, presentation, project scope to the client and meet with potential customers to present proposal.
  • Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Confer with Client/Contractor and other personnel to resolve problems and site issues.
  • Inspect installation; mounting systems, solar panel installation and electrical system which include breaker and wire sizes, tapping point and connections, proper grounding, etc.
  • Energize system and set parameters to comply with the standards.
  • Visit proposed installation site and existing job sites if necessary, including climbing to roofs.
  • Perform troubleshooting when fault errors occur.
  • Provide technical support for Sales Department as needed.
