Job Summary

The Automation and Projects Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives across the company. This role leverages to build automated workflows, to enhance team collaboration and process visibility, and AWS services to maintain a secure and scalable digital environment.

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, this position manages automation and digital projects from planning to execution—defining requirements, setting timelines, and ensuring successful delivery. The role also drives innovation by identifying opportunities to integrate new technologies and enhance existing processes to boost productivity.

Collaboration is essential, as the Automation and Projects Engineer partners with IT, Finance, Operations, and other departments to understand their needs and create tailored solutions. Continuous monitoring and support are required to ensure that implemented systems operate efficiently and evolve with business needs.

This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who is passionate about automation, technology, and enabling operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Automation Development

    Design, build, and implement automated workflows and solutions using to streamline processes across various departments.
  2. Project Management

    Lead and manage automation and digital transformation initiatives. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, deliverables, and progress updates.
  3. Digital Infrastructure Management

    Develop, maintain, and optimize the company's AWS-based digital infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
  4. Workflow Optimization

    Use to create, improve, and automate workflows that support efficiency, collaboration, and transparency across teams.
  5. Innovation & Digital Transformation

    Support the company's transformation goals by introducing new technologies, recommending improvements, and driving innovation initiatives.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Work closely with IT, Finance, Operations, and other teams to understand pain points and develop automation solutions tailored to departmental needs.
  7. Monitoring & Support

    Monitor system and workflow performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously refine implemented solutions to maintain optimal functionality and impact.
