Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and monitor the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, equipment lists, daily activity reports, weekly work projections, and inventory of materials, manpower, and equipment.
  • Ensure the availability of all necessary resources for timely project completion.
  • Resolve design and construction challenges on-site and drive value engineering initiatives.
  • Provide overall supervision of field activities and lead toolbox meetings to address issues and promote collaboration among team members.
  • Utilize AUTOCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office for project documentation and design tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineer
  • With valid COSH certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Willing to be assigned to GUADALUPE VIEJO, MAKATI
  • Proficient in AUTOCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Must have a motorcycle and laptop for mobility and work efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php25,000.00 per month
