We are seeking an experienced Call Center Nurse to provide exceptional customer service and medical support to our diverse range of clients. This full-time position will be based in our modern call centre facility in Iloilo.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound and outbound calls and enquiries from customers, providing professional and empathetic medical advice and support
  2. Accurately assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or referrals
  3. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
  4. Make clinical decisions regarding the patient care
  5. Collaborate the care of the patient to providers
  6. Collaborate with the broader team to identify and implement process improvements
  7. Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements especially of Medicare and HIPAA
  8. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

  1. Registered nurse with a valid license and at least 6 months experience in a clinical/hospital setting
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively manage customer enquiries
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and call centre technology
  5. Flexible and adaptable, with the capacity to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  6. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to make a positive difference
