Document and Change Control Officer

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain document and template standards (e.g., formatting, watermarks, number of copies, approval rules)
- Set up and manage version control systems for all internal documents
- Build and maintain a central repository of all official templates (e.g., SOPs, org charts, job descriptions, reports)
- Draft documentation-related policies and guidelines
- Lead change control meetings for proposed updates to templates or internal processes
- Ensure compliance with internal documentation rules through audits and tracking
- Coordinate with teams (e.g., HR, IT, Ops) to improve document processes and rollout of new versions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in document control, template management, or policy creation
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and process documentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
- Policy writing and technical documentation
- Process thinking and documentation lifecycle management
- Internal coordination and governance
- Attention to detail and file organization
- Training and onboarding support for documentation tools and processes
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in structured or compliance-driven environments (e.g., BPO, finance, logistics, healthcare)
- Knowledge of ISO standards, internal audits, or change management frameworks
- Ability to conduct internal training or onboarding for documentation processes
