Change Management Officer

The position is primarily responsible implementing the change and release management framework within the IT environment to ensure minimal disruption and high service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implements change management processes to ensure all changes are managed, approved, and documented.
- Assesses the impact of change and evaluate the potential effects on services and systems.
- Oversees the release management lifecycle including planning, scheduling, and controlling the movement of releases to test and environments.
- Keeps comprehensive documentation of change and release processes, policies, and procedures.
- Recommends plans, programs, budget, and performance targets of the team.
- Plans, directs, and coordinates all activities in the department to reach maximum level of employee productivity throughout the workforce.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Computer-related Engineering or Math-related courses.
- Atleast five (5) years of work experience in managing change and release request services
- Knowledgeable of IT Service Management Framework, SDLC and Project Management
- Amenable to work in Makati City
