Change Management Officer

The position is primarily responsible implementing the change and release management framework within the IT environment to ensure minimal disruption and high service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implements change management processes to ensure all changes are managed, approved, and documented.
  2. Assesses the impact of change and evaluate the potential effects on services and systems.
  3. Oversees the release management lifecycle including planning, scheduling, and controlling the movement of releases to test and environments.
  4. Keeps comprehensive documentation of change and release processes, policies, and procedures.
  5. Recommends plans, programs, budget, and performance targets of the team.
  6. Plans, directs, and coordinates all activities in the department to reach maximum level of employee productivity throughout the workforce.

Job Requirements:

  1. Graduate of Computer-related Engineering or Math-related courses.
  2. Atleast five (5) years of work experience in managing change and release request services
  3. Knowledgeable of IT Service Management Framework, SDLC and Project Management
  4. Amenable to work in Makati City
