- Develop, implement, and maintain the document control system in accordance with company policies and relevant ISO or industry standards.
- Maintain a centralized, secure repository for controlled documents.
- Receive, review, and process all controlled documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with formatting and version control requirements.
- Facilitate document reviews and approvals through proper routing to authorized approvers.
- Update and issue revised documents while ensuring obsolete versions are removed from use.
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of approved documents to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain an up-to-date master list or register of all controlled documents.
- Provide controlled access to documents, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability based on user roles and authorization levels.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required document evidence.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on document control processes and best practices.
