
HR Assistant

Role Description:
- The HR Assistant will be responsible for recruitment and labor relations.
- Responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks related to recruitment such as sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, test administration, and placing of applicants for head office.
- Will assist in the onboarding process of the hired applicants.
- Will assist in labor relations such as NTE preparation, initial interview with the involved employees, will mediate conflicts between employees and management before they escalate to legal issues.
- Will assist in facilitation of administrative hearing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and labor relations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to form working relationships with employees at all levels.
- Proactivity, analytically driven and oriented.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
