HR Assistant provides administrative support to the HR department, handling tasks related to employee records, onboarding, recruitment. They also assist with payroll processing, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Here are some responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) accurately and confidentially.
- Assist with recruitment by posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process, including preparing paperwork and coordinating new hire orientation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, offers, and warning letters.
- Update internal HR databases, including attendance, and performance data.
- Assist payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
