Job Brief

We are seeking a reliable, full-time Customer Service to handle daily order processing, sales invoicing, credit issuance, and administrative support. The role requires extreme attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and crucial hands-on experience using NetSuite for accounting and order management. This position is responsible for managing orders from distributors and retailers to ensure smooth administrative and sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders received from distributors and retailers.
  • Issue accurate sales invoices and manage all billing details.
  • Process credits promptly for damaged or returned stock.
  • Maintain accurate administrative and order records within company systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all system platforms.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.

Requirements

  • Essential Experience: Proven experience using NetSuite for accounting and order processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Previous experience processing customer orders, invoicing, and credits.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
