JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role requires a professional who can maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while delivering excellent service to our customers. You will serve as the first point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
  • Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to confidently answer customer questions.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues and other departments as necessary.
  • Provide feedback to improve the efficiency of customer service processes.
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction by delivering professional and effective support.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, whether communicated verbally or in writing, to support the efficient operation of the department.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain patient and professional when handling challenging situations.
  • Proficiency with computers and customer service software.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Must have own tools/equipment and a reliable internet connection (Wi-Fi) to use for work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php18,000.00 per month
