Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and client services, ensuring that all inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Provide support for customer issues, including troubleshooting and resolving complaints.
  • Assist with sales inquiries and promote products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document communications and manage schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies regarding cash handling when processing payments.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in English and other languages.
  • Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in sales or client services is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Typing proficiency is required for effective documentation of interactions.
