Jetfinity Service is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support our growing operations serving high-end private clients in the food industry. Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our aviation clients by providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring all orders are processed with precision and care.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver world-class customer service to private and high-end Jetfinity clients in the food and hospitality sector.
  • Handle client inquiries, orders, and special requests with precision, professionalism, and zero mistakes.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, culinary teams, and management.
  • Follow procedures and protocols accurately while anticipating client needs and offering proactive solutions.
  • Assist clients with menu selections, dietary requirements, and premium food services tailored to luxury standards.
  • Support Jetfinity's mission of excellence by providing seamless, high-touch service experience

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven experience in food industry customer service, hospitality, or luxury service environments.
  • Strong understanding of food service procedures, dietary considerations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • A good personality, highly professional demeanor, and a proactive approach.
  • Deep passion for food, with solid expertise in hospitality management and a genuine love for the food industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to zero errors.
  • Comfortable working on a shifting schedule.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
  • Adapt to shifting schedules, tasks, and priorities as needed
