About the Role: Are you passionate about helping people and making a difference every day? We're looking for a friendly, solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team As the voice of our company, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with questions, solving problems, and ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience with our brand.

Work Shift: Rotational Shift

Work Setup: WFH

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, or in-person).
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, billing, etc.) to address customer needs.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, company updates, and customer service protocols.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on customer trends and recurring issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
