We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative who excels in communication, empathy, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, a passion for helping others, and the ability to manage interactions across phone, chat, and email with professionalism and care.

As the voice of our brand for our Spanish-speaking clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring each customer feels valued, supported, and understood.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, providing appropriate solutions and following up to ensure full resolution.
  • Assist customers with order processing, product information, account inquiries, and service issues.
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer records, tracking interactions and reporting recurring issues to improve service.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Logistics, Marketing, and Sales to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Translate or review written materials (e.g., FAQs, automated messages, and customer emails) when required.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and communication for better service outcomes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, contact center, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Reliable computer or laptop with updated software and high-speed internet connection.
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for remote work.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php60,000.00 per month
