Role Overview

We are seeking a
highly motivated and experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE)
to support our
Finance and Corporate Functions Platform
. This role operates during
midshift hours
to collaborate effectively with global teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
, proven experience in
building and coaching self-managed teams
, and expertise in
running Program Increment (PI) planning, facilitating Agile ceremonies
, and managing
Scrum Master responsibilities
.

Key Responsibilities


• Serve as the
Release Train Engineer (RTE)
for the Finance/Corporate Functions Agile Release Train (ART).


• Lead and facilitate
PI Planning
,
Inspect & Adapt workshops
, and
ART Syncs
.


• Coach Scrum Masters and Agile teams to ensure alignment with
SAFe principles and practices
.


• Foster a
culture of self-management, collaboration, and continuous improvement
.


• Collaborate with Product Management, Business Owners, and key stakeholders to ensure delivery of value.


• Identify and manage
risks, dependencies, and impediments
across teams.


• Provide
training and onboarding
for new members and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe practices.


• Monitor and report on
ART performance and key delivery metrics
.


• Support
day-to-day Scrum Master activities
, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.

Qualifications


• 5+ years of experience in
Agile delivery
, with at least 2 years as an
RTE or Senior Scrum Master
.


• Strong hands-on experience with
SAFe and Agile frameworks
.


• Proven ability to
build and lead high-performing, self-managed teams
.


• Experience in
Finance or Corporate Functions platforms
preferred.


• Excellent
facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management
skills.


•
SAFe RTE
or
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
certification is a plus.


• Comfortable working
midshift hours
to align with global teams.

Preferred Skills


• Proficiency with Agile tools such as
Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps
.


• Strong collaboration skills across
cross-functional and global teams
.


• Ability to
navigate complex organizational structures
and drive alignment.
