About the role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team at IAN SMART ENERGY CORP'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and developing our customer service team, ensuring exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction. Based in our Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City office, this position is a key part of our customer-centric strategy.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the customer service team, including scheduling, performance management and training
  2. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and the overall customer experience
  3. Provide hands-on customer service support, handling complex inquiries and escalations
  4. Monitor key performance metrics and report on team and individual progress
  5. Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
  6. Liaise with other departments to align on customer service initiatives and share feedback
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer service supervisory or team leader role, preferably within the energy or utilities sector
  2. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a customer service team
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
  5. Experience in performance management and using data to drive process enhancements
  6. Proven commitment to providing exceptional customer service and achieving targets
  7. Adaptable to change and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
