We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing outstanding service through inbound and outbound calls, email, or chat support.

As a CSR, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering accurate information, addressing issues promptly, and maintaining a positive and professional interaction with every customer.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Assist customers with billing, payments, and account concerns
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying solutions and following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions in the system
  • Meet performance targets in customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate (with BPO experience) or Bachelor's Degree holder (no experience required)
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Good interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Proficient in basic computer navigation and typing
  • Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
