About the role

We are seeking a talented Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued clients. What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  2. Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and effective manner
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers, while adhering to company policies and procedures
  4. Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions or escalating complex issues to the relevant teams
  5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  6. Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills

  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively
