About the role

Elevatione Time Stops Ph Inc' is seeking a Dayshift Call Center Representative to join our growing Customer Service team. This is a full-time position based in Poblacion, Makati City Metro Manila. As a Dayshift Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to incoming customer calls and provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Continually seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different customer needs
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture
  • Familiarity with the call center industry and customer service best practices
