Customer Support Representative (Voice Account)

Work Location: BGC, Taguig City

Employment Type: 6-month Contractual (with possibility of renewal or absorption)


Job Qualifications
  • Candidate must have completed at least 2nd Year College Level or preferably a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Must be available for a fully onsite work arrangement in BGC, Taguig City.
  • At least 1 year of experience specializing in Customer Service (voice support preferred) or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, comprehension, and typing skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism and patience.
  • Willing to work on a 6-month project-based contract under IT Managers Inc., with possible extension or absorption based on performance.

Job Description
  • Responsible for resolving customer issues, including identifying and diagnosing problems related to e-commerce transactions.
  • Communicate in a professional, courteous, and clear manner across all customer interactions.
  • Analyze issues and provide accurate solutions or escalation as necessary.
  • Handle voice-based support (phone calls) with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Accurately update customer records and ensure details are captured in the database.
  • Prepare and send email correspondence following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors when required.
  • Manage difficult customer situations while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely, knowledgeable, and professional assistance across multiple support channels (phone, email, chat, social media, or online ordering).
  • Participate in a PAID 2-week training program prior to handling live calls.
