Job Description
Position Title: HubSpot Onboarding Specialist
Work Set-up: Work From Office
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 55,000
Schedule: Morning

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer needs and requirements

• Configure HubSpot to meet customer needs

• Train users on HubSpot's marketing, sales, and service tools

• Troubleshoot problems with HubSpot

• Provide ongoing support to customers

• Work with the Customer Success Manager to track customer progress and identify
opportunities for improvement

• Liaise with internal teams, external accountants, and clients to gather relevant
information

• Stay up-to-date on HubSpot's latest features and functionality
Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles

• You are HubSpot Certified (proof of certification required)

• Strong ability to build assets in HubSpot's marketing, sales, and service tools

• HubSpot platform setup experience

• Experience with project management and problem-solving

• Experience with project management software, for example - Asana, ClickUp,
