SEO & Ads Specialist (WFH)

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies that improve search rankings and increase qualified traffic.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns to drive leads and revenue efficiently.
  • Create and optimize content for the website and landing pages to improve search performance and conversions.
  • Ensure the website is technically optimized for search engines and user experience.
  • Manage off-page initiatives, including link-building and online reputation, to strengthen domain authority.
  • Track performance metrics (traffic, CTR, leads, conversions, ROI) using Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, and other reporting tools, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on search trends, algorithm changes, and paid advertising best practices.
  • Perform any other tasks as needed to support overall digital marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or any related field.
  • 5 years of experience in SEO, content creation, and paid advertising, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, HubSpot reporting, and other ad tools.
  • Proven track record of improving organic rankings, creating content that converts, and driving ROI from paid campaigns.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to produce high-quality, optimized content.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
