We're looking for a proactive and versatile Developer who thrives on building intuitive dashboards, automating workflows, and making things run smoothly. You will play a key role in onboarding new clients by setting up dashboards that clearly communicate KPIs, while also identifying and implementing internal process improvements to streamline operations. If you love solving problems, connecting systems, and making teams more efficient through automation and data, we'd love to hear from you.

You will work on a mix of quick tasks, such as updating KPIs, adjusting dashboards, or making visual tweaks, and longer-term projects, including onboarding new clients, setting up software integrations, or building internal tools using platforms like Logic Apps or Power Automate. Success in this role means delivering tasks on time, keeping stakeholders in the loop, and being someone the team can count on. You will be part of a company that values trust, empathy, and continuous improvement where your ideas are heard and your work makes a real impact.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel (data analysis), and working with APIs
  • Experience building dashboards or internal tools using platforms like Klipfolio, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Familiarity with common business software (e.g., NetSuite, Xero, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and how they function
  • Detail-oriented, able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and solve problems effectively
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with bonus experience in NetSuite scripting, Power Automate, or Logic Apps
  • Available to work Australasian hours
  • Open to relocation or on-site work in Angeles City
