Role Summary

We are looking for a Country Manager with entrepreneurial mindset and strong business development expertise to lead our commercial growth in Asia. The Country Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the local market strategy, building and managing a team of Business Developers (BDs), and expanding our network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and partners to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, direct sales execution, and hands-on market development.

Key Responsibilities


• Design and implement a market strategy tailored to the local environment, aligned with regional goals.


• Identify and pursue business opportunities to grow client acquisition and IB networks.


• Recruit, train, and manage a team of BDs with clear targets and KPIs.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with IBs, affiliates, and partners.


• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Marketing to launch localized campaigns and promotions.


• Track and report KPIs: revenue, deposits, IB acquisition and retention, active traders.


• Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM management and reporting.


• Represent the company in local events, conferences, and industry forums.

Requirements


• 6–10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships within Forex, Equities, CFDs, or FinTech.


• Proven success in working with IBs, affiliates, or partner networks in Asia.


• Strong leadership experience managing small-to-medium commercial teams.


• Analytical, KPI-driven, and results-oriented mindset.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Fluency in English; proficiency in the local language (Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog, Malay, Thai, Korean) is a strong advantage.
