Role Purpose

The Country Manager for the Philippines serves as ABP's senior representative and overall business leader for the country. This role entails full responsibility for managing and growing the company's operations, revenue, and market presence in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong sales and relationship management, great initiative and drive, business acumen, cultural awareness and excellent communication skills.

The role requires a Sales Leader with visionary leadership, driving sustainable growth by blending strategic acumen with hands-on execution, consistently building long-term customer relationships in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute a comprehensive country strategy aligned with ABP's global objectives.


• Drive business growth, profitability, and achievement of revenue targets.


• Manage and lead the local referral partners and local teams with a focus on performance and collaboration.


• Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including up-selling and cross-selling based on client needs and market developments.


• Guide and support partners through the complete sales cycle, including proposal preparation, tendering, and deal closure.


• Ensure superior customer service and client satisfaction across all partnerships and engagements.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the local business development team and referral network.


• Oversee budgeting, financial management, and operational efficiency.


• Ensure compliance with local laws, tax, and regulatory requirements.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, government agencies, regulators, trade bodies, corporates, banks, and chambers of commerce.


• Manage vendor and service provider relationships in areas such as finance, taxation, law, human resources, and other support services.
