ABOUT THE CLIENT:
a leading provider of network facilities infrastructure solutions for telecom operators and tower companies. This company delivers end-to-end services spanning both infrastructure development and operations & maintenance (O&M), ensuring reliable and efficient telecom network performance across India.Their key offerings include:

  • Supply, Installation & Commissioning (I&C) of Diesel Generators (DG Sets)
    – tailored for telecom site reliability.
  • Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of Passive Infrastructure
    – including site infrastructure, shelters, and power systems at telecom tower locations.
  • Active Infrastructure O&M
    – covering powered and active network elements to ensure uptime and operational continuity.
  • Fiber Infrastructure Projects
    :
  • FTTH (In-Building Distribution) implementation
  • FSA (Aerial Fibre Cable Laying) for last-mile and backbone connectivity
  • Intracity and enterprise fiber connectivity deployments
  • Full-Scale Maintenance & Support Services
    , including:
  • Maintenance for DG sets of all brands (AMC/CAMC/I&C/On-call)
  • Battery bank, air conditioning, and power plant installation & maintenance
  • Tower construction, erection, and site infrastructure upgrade works

POSITION: COUNTRY HEAD

SALARY & BENEFITS:

JOB SUMMARY:
The Country Head will be responsible for leading the company's strategic direction and overall operations while driving sales growth and market leadership. This role requires strong expertise in infrastructure services, proven leadership experience, and the ability to deliver operational excellence and transformational change across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Must have proven track record in a senior management role (managerial to C-level positions)
  • Must have technical, sales and business development experience in the telecom infrastructure domain, particularly with companies whose solutions or services focus on maintenance or project operations for telecom clients, such as OSP construction, commissioning and integration of battery banks, preventive maintenance of tower generators, tower maintenance, etc.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage change, and adapt to dynamic
  • market conditions.
