Our client is is a next-generation health cost containment solution for healthcare payors that deploys that latest in technology to deliver world-class person-centered integrated care resulting in superior health outcomes at low cost. They empower health professionals with a data-driven, AI augmented platform and decision support tools to deliver highly personalized, made-to-measure behavioural health programs that maximises our member's ability to overcome their health challenges.
They are building the next-generation digital health model beyond telehealth; one that is based on a predictive and preventive approach rather than reactive and transactional consultations, takes a multi-disciplinary coordinate care model addressing physical chronic diseases and mental health together instead of by medical specialization, and one that is based on delivering quantifiable outcomes rather than fee-for-services.
Job Summary
Guided by the executive team, develop and execute the Business and Marketing Strategy in PH to grow and develop the brand, and to acquire and retain clients, by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying potential client segments and their current and future needs, and monitoring competition. Together with the Commercial Director, achieve revenue targets for the PH market, based on the Business Plan and Budget approved by the Chief Executive Officer.
Together with the Chief Executive Officer, develop key relationships with relevant Government ministries and agencies, state-owned enterprises, key corporate clients, and relevant media organisations to build a positive brand reputation in the public.
Develop and maintain key relationships with strategic partners – particularly with insurers, insurance brokers, third-party administrators, corporate employers/clients, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare provider partners – in PH. Be a respected industry thought leader in health and wellbeing.
Lead the local country teams and build a cohesive, respectful and energetic work culture, while fostering connections and relationships with the other teams.
Scope
· Develop and manage business partnerships that extend the company's distribution, reach, and awareness, with insurers, insurance brokers, third-party administrators, corporate employers, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare providers with large customer bases and complementary interests with the company.
· Promote the Company brand and image through public and media relations, social media consumer engagement, and engaging with key opinion leaders.
· Lead consumer research on the Company current and prospective consumers on their health priorities, user behaviours, to shape the company's marketing strategy in PH.
· Build the team in PH, including business development, client strategy, coaching and care delivery teams.
· Coordinate marketing and business development/account management/partnership strategies and share experiences and best practices with other Country Heads and Executive team.
· Become a thought partner with our senior clients and stakeholders, challenging boundaries while providing insightful steering to our local team on service/outcome improvement/innovation and contextualization
Requirements
- · BS/BA in analytical disciplines; MBA holders or strategy consulting backgrounds are a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, particularly in enterprise (B2B) marketing. Human Resources or Healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Ability to form and manage relationships with senior HR company executives.
- At least 5 years of experience leading a team
- Experience with start-ups a plus
