Job Summary:

The Hotel Manager will oversee the overall operations of assigned hotel branches, ensuring smooth day-to-day management, financial growth, guest satisfaction, and staff performance. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader with solid experience in hotel and motel operations, capable of maintaining brand standards while driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage (if applicable).
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining service quality and promptly resolving guest concerns.
  • Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff to deliver excellent service and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor daily financial performance, control expenses, and ensure adherence to budget goals.
  • Coordinate with the corporate office for reporting, marketing initiatives, and policy implementation.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend actions to improve competitiveness and growth.
  • Support recruitment, performance evaluation, and staff development within the hotel team.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in hotel operations management, preferably handling both motels and hotels.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and commitment to service excellence.
  • Flexible and willing to travel to different hotel locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing multiple properties or branch-level operations.
  • Background in business expansion or new property setup is an advantage.

Compensation:

Competitive salary package commensurate with experience, plus performance-based incentives and benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
