About the role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is an exciting opportunity to join New Flavor House, Inc. as a Sales Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious revenue targets. The role is based in Guiguinto, Bulacan and is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Set achievable sales targets for the team and monitor performance against these goals
  • Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to the sales team to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential
  • Liaise with the marketing team to ensure a coordinated approach to customer acquisition and retention
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Analyse sales data and prepare reports to track progress and inform future strategy
  • Ensure the team delivers an exceptional customer experience at all times

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales management role, ideally within the food manufacturing industry
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven track record in a sales management role, ideally within the food manufacturing industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and use insights to drive business performance
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting tools required
