Custom Solutions Development

Modify or customize products and systems to meet specific client requirements and business goals.

Sales & Technical Support

Provide pre-sales technical assistance, support the sales team with expertise, and assist the engineering team with after-sales service and troubleshooting.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Serve as the liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through consultative selling and consistent follow-up.

Market Awareness

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to offer insightful recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.

Minimum Qualifications: Self-Driven - Proactive

Able to develop new accounts with strong technical foundation and product knowledge

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Team-oriented yet capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel to client sites and work flexible hours when required

Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving skills

Solid understanding of safety standards when working with machinery and equipment
