Luzon District Manager

• Implement approved sales and marketing strategies across the district.
• Lead, guide, and support Area Managers and Chief Agronomists to achieve sales goals, collection targets, and expense controls.
• Coordinate with logistics and other internal departments to ensure timely stock delivery and availability.
• Oversee field marketing initiatives such as farmer classes, demonstration plots, and harvest events.
• Provide technical updates, product knowledge sessions, and continuous training for sales teams and agronomists.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor activities, support negotiations, follow up on collections, and gather market intelligence.
• Perform risk assessments with distributors and suppliers to ensure compliance and reduce potential exposure.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports, including district performance updates, stock inventory, and receivables status.
• Assess market conditions and recommend pricing strategies, discount schemes, and incentive programs.
• Develop the annual marketing and operational plan and present proposals to senior management.
• Evaluate the performance of Area Managers and Agronomists and provide coaching for improvement.
• Perform additional tasks aligned with district operations and company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a similar management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of budgeting, financial monitoring, and business operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid technical knowledge of agricultural products and practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and other related software tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php65,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Agriculture industry : 5 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)
