About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Representative to join the Everest Scaffolding Corporation team in Guiguinto Bulacan. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for proactively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing solutions to help grow our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively prospecting and generating new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
  • Meeting with potential customers to understand their requirements and present our products and services in a compelling manner
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals within your assigned territory
  • Providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with clients
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the construction or scaffolding industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with the local market and an understanding of the construction industry
  • Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • A self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service
