We are hiring a Sales & Admin Relations Associate who will assist veterinary partners and clients in utilizing a digital platform designed to streamline clinic operations and improve service efficiency.
The position focuses on supporting day-to-day transactions, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining effective communication between the company, clinics, and customers.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate with veterinary partners to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Manage and update clinic and client information accurately within the system.
- Guide and assist users in navigating the platform for bookings, inquiries, and payments.
- Promote consistent and proper use of the system to enhance convenience for staff and clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely support and clear communication.
- Preferably with experience in sales, customer service, or client coordination.
- Proficient in using digital tools, mobile apps, and web-based systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Open to undergraduates with good organizational and people skills.
- Highly motivated, dependable, and able to handle client relations with professionalism.
Work Location: Along Guiguinto Bulacan
Schedule: Monday to Saturday
