Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification: Engage with leads from Product Marketing activities & other marketing activities initiated by different units such as Product, Sales & Corporate Marketing via phone, email, or other communication channels to gather necessary information and assess their potential as prospective customers.
- Qualification Criteria: Developing and applying criteria to qualify leads based on factors such as demographics, budget, needs, authority, and timing. Creating and maintaining a standardized qualification process ensures consistency and enables effective lead evaluation.
- Initial Contact: Initiate conversations with leads, introduce the company's products or services, and build rapport to understand their needs and pain points.
- Information Gathering: Conduct thorough questioning and active listening to gather relevant information about leads, such as their budget, timeline, decision-making process, and specific requirements.
- Collaboration with Sales Teams: Collaborating with Business Solutions Officers to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Providing comprehensive lead profiles and relevant information to sales teams, enabling them to effectively engage with leads and drive the sales process forward.
- Lead Scoring: Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria to determine their level of interest, fit, and readiness to engage in the sales process.
- Database Management: Enter lead information accurately and efficiently into PMCS database and monitoring boards, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Lead Nurturing: Maintain relationships with leads that do not currently meet qualification criteria, implementing lead nurturing strategies to keep them engaged and potentially convert them into qualified leads in the future.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track and report key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, response times, and feedback on lead quality, to optimize the lead qualification process and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Baccalaureate degree in Business, Social Science and other related courses.
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships over the phone.
- Strong listening and questioning skills to gather accurate and relevant information.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of leads.
- Proficiency in using online systems and other relevant software tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and processes is an advantage.
