Job Description

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients to support the company's sales pipeline. This role focuses on researching target markets, generating high-quality leads, and coordinating with the sales team to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and industry sources.
  • Perform outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate sales-qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain lead lists for targeted campaigns.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess client needs and qualification.
  • Manage and update CRM records accurately.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and support follow-up activities.
  • Monitor lead performance and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Assist in creating outreach templates and campaign messaging.

Qualifications (Preferred, Not Required)

  • Background in lead generation, sales support, or B2B prospecting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Strong research, communication, and email writing skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and meeting daily/weekly targets.

  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools is a plus

  • HubSpot Inbound or HubSpot Sales Software

  • Google Digital Marketing Certification
  • LinkedIn Marketing or LinkedIn Sales Navigator Training
  • Any Sales or Lead Generation course (Udemy, Coursera, etc.)
