Job Purpose

  • Responsible for the development and testing, administration, and management of systems owned and utilized by Collections Group and the bank (i.e. IC4 Collections System, Asccend, PowerBI, Snowflake, and others).

  • Coordinates and ensures timely, accurate, and complete delivery of the team's projects.

  • Serves as subject matter expert on the group's systems by sharing expertise and ensuring policies/procedures are followed.

  • Manages User Acceptance Tests, MC Visa Compliance, Audit Control Sample Testing, and Disaster Drill activities in Collection's System.

  • Provides assistance to the Collection Division Head and to all other Collection's Departments in all activities required to effectively manage collection activities and goals.

  • Maintains and validates data and dashboards through different tools/medium.

  • Executes or understands operational and ad hoc queries along with validating results through data querying tools such as SQL, Oracle, SAS, and Snowflake)

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of a 4-year course preferably in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science or related courses

  • Knowledgeable in Data querying tools such as SQL, Oracle, SAS, and Snowflake and the likes or with sufficient training/s

  • Preferably with experience and exposure in Systems Administration, Project management, Business Analysis, Scrum and Agile Methodology.

  • With demonstrated experiences in managing and coordinating multiple projects and tasks including setting priorities and meeting deadlines

  • With ability to understand flowcharts, logical flows and patterns

  • Must possess strong analytical and organizational skills,

  • With good oral and written communication skills
