Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or any related field

  • With 3-5 years in experience handling Credit & Collections as Supervisor.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • With experience using SAP and Salesforce.

  • Willing to work onsite, Saturdays and Weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in monitoring the agreed collection strategy.

  • Provide day to day team support and management of Accounts Receivable through mentoring, providing expertise and guidance to his /her direct reports.

  • Review and monitor process adjustment (Credit and Debit Memos) for returns in SAP.

  • Update credit information of customers such as outstanding balance, payments or short payments, collection issues, adjustments and discrepancies.

  • Review customer held orders for release with excess in credit limit and past due prior to endorsement for approval of CCM/CCH/EXECOM.

  • Conduct follow up of collections through calls/emails/visits.

  • Conduct AR review with Sales /Credit & Collection Head/ Manager. Represents C & C Team in coordinating meetings with Sales.

  • Approve statement of accounts, reconciliation of customer accounts, collection /demand letters.

  • Review balance sheet accounts reconciliation report (GL vs SL)

  • Identify issues on customer past due and non-payments related to accounts processes, escalate to Sales/Accounts for non-submission of CWTs by the customer

  • Process documentation of accounts for referral to legal.

  • Process refund of customers (for specific accounts).

  • Process billing of customer, other charges, handling fees.

  • Provide support to AR associate in determining payment details.

  • Provide credit management reports for management decision

  • Recommend and undertake continuous system and process improvement to ensure quality.

  • Involve in the process assessment and promo mechanics review with Sales & Marketing Team.

  • Other duties as may be assigned.
